Swapsy Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Swapsy (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Swapsy is an iOS application that provides unit conversion and real-time currency exchange rate information. Currency rates are fetched from third-party APIs and are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Financial Disclaimer

Currency exchange rates displayed in Swapsy are sourced from third-party APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Swapsy is not a financial tool and should not be relied upon for financial transactions, trading decisions, or any monetary operations. Always verify exchange rates with your bank or financial institution before making financial decisions.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Swapsy offers the following in-app purchase options:

Weekly subscription (auto-renewable)
Yearly subscription (auto-renewable)
Lifetime access (one-time purchase)

All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store In-App Purchase system.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.3 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID settings:

Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

4.4 Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Scrape, crawl, or extract exchange rate data in an automated manner
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Use the App to infringe upon the rights of others

6. Third-Party Data

Swapsy relies on third-party APIs for currency exchange rates. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of data provided by these third-party services. Rate data may be delayed and does not constitute financial advice.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, features, and functionality (including design, code, graphics, and logos) are owned by Dmytro Havrylenko and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Currency exchange rates will be real-time, accurate, or complete
Unit conversion results will be error-free in all edge cases
Any defects in the App will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DMYTRO HAVRYLENKO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON EXCHANGE RATE DATA.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Apple Standard EULA

Your use of the App is also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
